Innovative approach towards tariffication and modern architecture are the key ingredients of our high-tech and secure billing system.
Most important advantages of our solution are:
- Capability of defining many organizational structures of the same type. One can build a structure grouping connection lines according to their geographical location. Sub-divisions of enterprise or cost apportionment. Every user can prepare reports basing on individually chosen structure;
- Multi-language software installer (Polish, English), system architecture allowing for fast translation and internationalization;
- Possibility to divide costs of telecommunication services between certain cost centres owing to multiple organizational structures of the same type;
- Client-server architecture, ability to run as system service in MS Windows, real-time data processing (parsing, tariffication, reporting);
- Record parsing (analysis, feeding the source data from PBX switchboards) utilizes regular expressions which make the system extremely versatile, this allows for fitting it to customer demands without additional development of the code;
- Innovative approach to definition of tariffication enables to define every possible tariffication plan, in contrary to other billing systems, it is possible to set up the degressive plan (decreasing costs along the call duration) with varying cost of tariffication unit and the way of accounting units. - Identification of distinguished numbers enables both discrimination between private and business calls and assignment of custom call type basing on the dialled number;
- Unlimited number of data sources (number of PBX switchboards working with the single system are not licensed);
- Unlimited number of operator's tariffication plans together with the ability to preserve the history of their changes;
- Ability to include additional functionality (already existing or designed according to individual customer's wish) owing to function import mechanism with no need for the upgrade of entire billing system;
- Support for every type of connection (internal, outgoing, incoming, transit, transferred, conference, VoIP), additional types of calls can be defined directly from within the system;
- Unique method of collection, mediation and standardization of input data makes it possible to gather them form many sources in plaintext, as a comma separated lists (CSV), database tables (ex. Microsoft SQL Server, Access) internal database Cisco CallManager;
- Possibility to prepare reports in plaintext, CSV, spreadsheet (ex. Microsoft Excel) additionally with template application (Excel data can be presented as plain values and plotted) installation of Microsoft Excel is not necessary;
- Definition of calls' selling price allows differentiation of prices for providers and recipients and can be a source of company's income;
- Open architecture allows to extend functionality through addition of new modules and integration of the system with ERP or CRM applications;
- Integrated reporting module, designed to automate the reporting, creation of desired files, attaching and sending them by e-mail;
- Great efficiency means brisk processing of large amount of data;
- System is implemented using newest Microsoft .NET Framework and Microsoft ASP.NET utilizing IIS server, these technologies provide high efficiency and stability;
- System supports Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 database and operating systems from Windows 2000/XP/Vista through Windows Server 2003/2008 to the newest Windows 7;
