Modern, well-managed enterprise cannot forfeit accounting of telecommunications expenses.
Despite growing competition between telecommunication operators, and decreasing prices of telecommunication services, these expenses are meaningful for every company. Proper accounting and control becomes inevitability. There are dedicated IT solutions for this task.
Benefits of billing:
- Identification of greatest cost-generation;
- Decreasing company's expenses by identification of private phone-calls, advantages of our systems and calls to 0-700 and other costly services made by employees;
- Detection of telecommunication operator's abuse which allows for change of the operator or a plan;
- Analysis of real utilisation of employees' phones (ex. how fast calls are answered, number of missed calls);
