Numbers transferred to other operators.

Originally there was a plan to release the database of transferred numbers. The Office of Electronic Communication even decided to put the tender for its creation. Finally the database will not be released for the third parties, and many companies, including ours, will not have access to the list of numbers transferred to other cellular operators.

We are working on an additional functionality „Transferred numbers” of Kobi tariffication system, which will allow for identification of an operator on the basis of frequently called numbers and tariff of current cellular operator. All that is possible without an access to the central database of transferred numbers. Functionality will be available in the first half of 2012.
