Functionality for setting limits for lines/codes organizational levels (cost-centers), or users/line types.

Limits setting is available for internal (extension), trunk lines and codes. In case of reaching the limit an e-mail can be sent with appropriate information.

This functionality can also be used to detect abuse. An alarm can set once when limit is reached in pre-set period or repeatedly with every function call.
