WebReporter module is designed for report generation with the web-based interface.

Data are acquired directly form Kobi system database. WebReporter allows authorization with login and password alternatively by the use of LDAP database (domain login). Access to the data can be secured by the use of https protocol. Privilege management is done from the web-based interface. It is possible to grant a user with access to many different levels with or without their sub-levels, and to certain lines.

Possible reports:

• Summary for internal lines (extensions) structure – summarizing the lines for the reporting level with sub-levels;
• Summary for the lines (extensions) with no respect to levels of structure – all the lines on the organizational level and all the sub-levels;
• Detailed summary for the level – summarizing all the calls made on all the lines (extensions) assigned to certain level and its sub-levels;
• Detailed report for the line (extensions) – all the calls for certain internal lines;
• Most expensive phone-calls – 50 most expensive phone-calls made;
• Longest phone-calls – 50 longest phone-calls made;
• Most frequently dialled numbers – 50 most frequently numbers dialled;
• Highest cost for internal lines (extensions) – 50 highest summary costs for the line;

All mentioned reports can be organized by the line or by project code. Structures prepared in a billing software are automatically presented in reporting module.

Wide range of filters can be applied to all the reports prepared. They allow for multiple choice and configuration of the report according to user's demands. Choice of different levels and lines residing in different branches of organizational structure is possible. Every report can be saved as Excel file which allows for further processing.

• Module prepared with Microsoft ASP.NET;
• It's compatible with Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 database server;
