The implementation process, what it really is ?
By implementation our company understands the whole process from identification of user's needs, preparation of possible solutions, installation and launching of designed system.
Another step of implementation is validity check and modifications within the system configuration. Whole process for regular, production billing system can take up to three months and depends on project's complexity.
After successful installation, the working system can be covered by our technical support according to the SLA agreement.
The condition to finalize the application is careful recognition of user's needs and preparation of system design which will fulfil all of them. Great experience of our engineers helps them to cooperate with users and help to identify their needs for certain functionalities.
We are offering the possibility to install the preview version in order to get familiar with functionalities and advantages of the system. This installation and its configuration is done remotely utilising the real data from subscriber's PBX switchboard. It's usually set to calculate cost according to standard operator's plan. The preview installation is free and does not create any additional cost whatsoever.
