Training helps fully utilise system's abilities.

System of professional training is designed to fulfil the needs of every user.

Three levels of training have been prepared:

• User's – this training provides knowledge necessary to fully utilise Kobi, WebReporter systems in the area of preparation, generation and analysis of reports. It takes 1 day (approximately 6 hours);
• Administrator's – besides the user's level knowledge this training provides information on system's configuration with some stress on organizational structures management, tariffication modification, report creation and utilisation of additional functionality. Besides that participants learn how to manage users' privileges and how to prepare and store data backups. This training takes 2 days (approximately 14 hours);
• Installer's – besides the administrator's the installer's training is enriched with knowledge of installation and configuration of certain elements. Participants learn the methodics of diagram and report creation. Additionally methods of system's log analysis are explained;
